How to access information in this scheme
Electronic documents - These can be accessed free of charge from this website
Datasets - These are available under the relevant licence as indicated on our website
Hard copy documents - If these are required a charge may be made to recover costs for photocopying and postage. We will notify you at the time of your request if any charges apply and any charges will be payable in advance.
In person - Some information may be available only by viewing in person. Where this form is specified, contact details will be provided. An appointment to view the information will be arranged within a reasonable timescale.
Accessibility - The authority will translate information where it is legally required to translate under disability and discrimination legislation.
Charges for information published under this scheme
Charges may be made for information provided under this scheme where:
- There is legally authorisation or where a schedule of fees is readily available to the public
- Printing, copying or postage costs need to be recovered
- Making datasets (or parts of datasets) that is relevant copyright works available for re-use
If a charge is to be made, payment may be requested prior to provision of the information.
Written requests
Information held that is not published under this scheme can be requested in writing. Its provision will be considered under the Freedom of Information Act.
