All bookings are subject to our full terms and conditions Lancaster City Council Pest Control Terms and Conditions (PDF, 190KB), however please note:

• The cost includes a maximum of five visits (initial treatment and four revisits) to your property. Once this is exceeded then a further booking must be made.
• If pest activity reoccurs within one month of treatment being completed and you have not already received five visits, we will return without further charge to continue treatment up to the maximum of five visits as previously mentioned.
• If treatment has started and you decide to cancel, you will be charged for the work that has already been undertaken.
• We will only remove dead rodents where it is practicable for us to do so & on a routine revisit. We reserve the right to refuse removal.

Wasps:

• We do not routinely remove treated wasp nests and will only do so where it is practicable for us to do so. We reserve the right to refuse removal.

Once you have given us your contact details and paid the relevant fee, a Pest Control Officer will contact you to make an appointment to treat your pests. You should be contacted by a Pest Control Officer within 5 working days to book your appointment.

We are currently working with Wyre BC to provide a limited Pest Control service that covers rats and mice only. We will not treat other pests in Wyre. Once you have given us your contact details and paid the relevant fee, a Pest Control Officer will contact you to make an appointment to treat your pests. You should be contacted by a Pest Control Officer within 5 working days to book your appointment. We typically only operate in Wyre one day per week, this means for most jobs they are visited within 1 week of the initial request, on occasions the initial visit may take up to two weeks to be undertaken. 

We recommend that you contact the British Pest Control Association to find contractors who operate in your area for other pests.
