Request a pest control service
All bookings are subject to our full terms and conditions Lancaster City Council Pest Control Terms and Conditions (PDF, 190KB), however please note:
- The cost includes a maximum of five visits (initial treatment and four revisits) to your property. Once this is exceeded then a further booking must be made.
- If pest activity reoccurs within one month of treatment being completed and you have not already received five visits, we will return without further charge to continue treatment up to the maximum of five visits as previously mentioned.
- If treatment has started and you decide to cancel, you will be charged for the work that has already been undertaken.
- We will only remove dead rodents where it is practicable for us to do so & on a routine revisit. We reserve the right to refuse removal.
