Complaints
If you have already contacted us about a matter, and you feel that this has not been dealt with properly, you may have the right to formally complain.
Our Formal Complaints process is appropriate for reporting:
- Failure to fix a problem you told us about
- Unjustified delays
- Inappropriate behaviour of our staff
- Bias or discrimination
- Failure to follow our own policy or procedure
