The Planning Regulatory Committee meets monthly to consider a range of planning applications that are not determined under the Council’s Scheme of Delegation.

• Committee meetings are scheduled at least three months in advance
• Committee agenda and reports are available online seven days before the meeting
• Draft minutes of the committee meeting are published within two weeks of the meeting
• Approved minutes are published within one week of them being approved at the following committee meeting
