Making representations at Planning Committee
You can attend and speak at a Planning Regulatory Committee to oppose, support or comment on any planning application that is reported to them for determination.
Please note that this is a different process to making comments on planning applications. These comments will be considered by the case officer as part of their assessment of the application.
You must register to speak with Democratic Services between the publication of the relevant Committee agenda and midday on the Thursday before the Planning Regulatory Committee meeting when it is scheduled to take place on a Monday. When registering, you must include: your name, telephone number, address, the Planning Application number and whether your representation is in favour or against the item.
