The newsletter is produced digitally and is available every two months. The newsletter is jam packed with useful information, good news stories, community activities, and service updates.
We send out a text link to the newsletter to all tenants and leaseholders once it's published. Our Annual Report is designed to give you a sense of how we are doing delivering housing services to you. You should feel free to let us know what you think of the information we produce and take the opportunity to use that knowledge to challenge us if you feel you need to. Tenants are consulted on the content and format of the report each year to ensure the information is useful and is presented clearly.
