Each year Lancaster City Council is required by law to canvass every household in the district and produce a Register of Electors.
This year's canvass is expected to take place in the summer and residents will receive a letter asking them to check their details.
If you have received a Canvass Communication Form for your property please follow the instructions on the form. If a response is requested, this can be done online at www.householdrespondse.com/lancaster.
You will need to have the two part security number printed on the letter to proceed.
