How to buy tickets

Online

You can book and buy your tickets from our online box office.

E-Tickets

Please note we are now operating an e-ticketing system, which will see your tickets being emailed to you after purchase. Simply display your e-ticket on your smart device, or print at home and bring a copy with you, to gain entry to your booked performance.

Refunds Policy

The Platform operates a no refund policy.
Tickets may be exchanged or gift vouchers issued at the discretion of the management team.

In person

Call in to The Platform Box Office weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12pm - 4pm, located in the foyer of the building. Our friendly team will be on hand to book your tickets and take payment in person.

We accept most major credit and debit cards, but please note that there is a transaction charge of £1 per booking.
