Applying
- All of our job roles have a job description that details the main responsibilities and objectives, along with the knowledge, skills and experience required
- Use the job description to tell us about your strengths and abilities, and how you meet the criteria within it

- Keep your responses concise and to the point wherever possible
- Attach your CV if you wish
- Be aware of our values – they are really important to us
Interviews
- You will be informed of the interview format and whether there will be any presentations or exercises when you are invited
- Our interviews may be in person or online
- You will be asked to bring documents to show your right to work in the UK and evidence of your qualifications or essential requirements such as a driving licence – your invite to interview letter will explain this in more detail
- Interview questions are based on the job requirements and our values so you can think about the questions you may be asked by looking at them
