There are two rooms within CityLab that are available for hire to external companies and members of the public on a commercial basis.

The facilities are suitable for various uses, including business meetings, presentations and small functions.

The Dalton Conference Room

Located at the front of the building, looking out over Dalton Square. Capacity: 10 board room style

The Ashton Conference Room

Located to the rear of the building and incorporating a range of audio visual equipment. Capacity: 14 board room style, 25 theatre style.

Room hire rates

• Up to 4 hours: £106
• Each hour thereafter: £26.50

A range of refreshments is also available on request.
