Sport Injury Clinic
We’ve teamed up with Kijuan from Performance Rehab to deliver a weekly Sports Injury Clinic on Sundays. These sessions are injury or concern specific and look to reduce discomfort, whilst building resilience against future reinjury.
- Sports Massage - £45
Uses a combination of massage and stretching to increase range of motion and reduce pain and stiffness.
This is great for posture related pain and niggly pain from training or working. Treatment is 50mins.
- Sports Massage MOT - £80
The whole body is looked at with posture and sensitive areas taken into account. We then use a combination of massage stretching and isometric holds to calm areas down and fix postural areas of concern. Treatment is 1hr 40 mins.
- Injury Consultation - £45
Identifies probable causes of the injury or discomfort then we will together create a plan to reduce discomfort, and build up resilience against re injury. Treatment is 50mins.

Payments made direct to Performance Rehab in cash or via Paypal after your treatment.
How to book and pay for your appointment
All treatments must be pre-booked a 50% deposit is required on treatments over £50 at the time of booking, this can be done by calling us on 01524 582 916, emailing tranquilspa@lancaster.gov.uk or sending a private message via our Facebook Page
If you require a patch test for a treatment, please book this in as an additional appointment, 24 hours prior to your treatment taking place.

Cancellation Policy
50% deposit or full payment is required on treatments costing £50 or over at the time of booking.
Please provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel.
Booking cancelled within 24 hours will be charged in full.
Customers who are no shows will be contacted, and full payment will be taken.
