How to book and pay for your appointment

All treatments must be pre-booked, this can be done by calling us on 01524 582 916, emailing tranquilspa@lancaster.gov.uk or sending a private message via our Facebook Page

If you require a patch test for a treatment, please book this in as an additional appointment, 24 hours prior to your treatment taking place.

Please Make us aware of any medical information prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Please provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel.

Booking cancelled within 12 hours will be charged in full.

Tranquil Spa & Beauty opening times

Please see our thermal journey and treatment pages for specific opening and closing times.
Our general opening hours are Monday to Saturday from 9am and Sunday from 10am. Closing times vary.
We are closed on UK public and bank holidays.
