How to book and pay for your appointment
All treatments must be pre-booked, this can be done by calling us on 01524 582 916, emailing tranquilspa@lancaster.gov.uk or sending a private message via our Facebook Page
If you require a patch test for a treatment, please book this in as an additional appointment, 24 hours prior to your treatment taking place.
Please Make us aware of any medical information prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
50% deposit or full payment is required on treatments costing £50 or over at the time of booking.
Please provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel.
Booking cancelled within 24 hours will be charged in full.
Customers who are no shows will be contacted, and full payment will be taken.
