Sessions & Prices
Early Bird Swim
Available for all ages. There will be 2 swimming lanes available with limited capacities and space for free swimming. Under 3s do not need to purchase a ticket, but can still attend. Normal pool rules apply.
Aqua Fit - Free to current members or £6.99 to non-members
An aerobics class adapted for the pool. Low impact aerobic and toning workout that avoids stress on joints.

Aqua Zumba Class - Free to current members or £6.99 to non-members
We’re bringing our high energy dancebased workout to the pool! Fusing Latin and international rhythms with an exciting workout. A great way to burn calories, tone your body and have fun.

Public Swim
Available for all ages. There will be 2 swimming lanes available with limited capacities and space for free swimming. Under 3s can attend for free. Normal pool rules apply.
Please note: some sessions will be shared with our resident swim clubs and so only half pool / no swim lanes available.
Public Adult Lane Swim
Available to adults only (16 years+). There will be 3 lanes available in the main pool only for swimming - slow, medium & fast.
Inflatable Swim (Main Pool only)
A fun swim session with our GIANT pool inflatable, smaller floats and the water slide may be open. All children under 8 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Only confident swimmers who can swim in deep water will be permitted to use the giant inflatable, as it is situated in deep water.
1 x free carer place for those with additional needs is permitted per paying customer.

Cancellation Policy - In order to receive a refund for your ticket you need to give at least 24hours notice, unfortunately we cannot issue refunds after this time. You can cancel a session and receive a refund by calling 01524 847540 or email saltayre@lancaster.gov.uk
Admission policy
Please note that children under the age of eight years MUST be accompanied at all times in the water by a responsible person of at least 16 years of age.
One responsible person may accompany two children, under the age of eight in the water at all times. However, only one child may be under the age of five years. Children's swimming ability will NOT override this policy under any circumstances.
Children who wear armbands or use floatation aids are not permitted in the deep end of the pool or on the giant inflatable during floats sessions due to health and safety restrictions. Children may also be asked to conduct a swim test if the lifeguards on duty do not feel they are safe to be in the deep end or on the giant inflatable.
In the interest of the safety of our swimmers, lifeguards are able to restrict pool usage at their discretion.
