Monday - Friday 6am - 9.30pm (last entry 9pm)
Saturday & Sunday 8am - 5pm (last entry 4.30pm)
We are closed on UK public and bank holidays.
Our fitness suite is a brand new 100 station facility comprising of an extensive range of specifically-targeted fitness equipment.
The suite is available for unlimited use to our members, or you can pay as you go if you are a casual gym user.

Sport Rehabilitation Clinic
Working in partnership with University of Cumbria, we are delighted to be able to offer our customers access to an affordable Sport Rehabilitation Clinic right here at Salt Ayre. The clinic is run by 2nd and 3rd year University of Cumbria students, under qualified guidance, and offers sports massage as well as injury rehabilitation techniques and advice.
£15 per hour-long appointment
