Take your business to the next level at the Lancaster District Business Support Expo 2024

Lancaster City Council's Business, Employment and Skills Hub is excited to announce details of its Lancaster District Business Support Expo 2024.

The event is free to attend and will take place on Monday, October 14 from 10am until 4pm at Morecambe FC Mazuma Stadium.

The Lancaster District Business Support Expo 2024 is a must-attend event for businesses at any stage and from any sector. This event is designed to foster networking, provide valuable resources, and offer insights that will help businesses thrive.

Attendees will have the chance to connect with other local businesses, explore new opportunities, and gain knowledge to elevate their business to the next level.

Event highlights include:

  • Networking opportunities - connect with local businesses and professionals
  • Business support providers - engage with various providers who can offer the support your business needs
  • Free seminars and workshops - participate in sessions covering specific support topics tailored to help your business grow
  • Interactive sessions - engage in hands-on workshops and discussions

Councillor Nick Wilkinson, Cabinet member with responsibility for Regeneration, Skills and Digital Innovation, said: “We are delighted to be hosting the district’s first ever business support expo as part of our commitment to supporting local businesses. 

“Whether you’re a startup or an established business, this expo is designed to provide the tools and connections necessary for success. I would encourage anyone in business to join us for a day filled with opportunities to grow, learn, and succeed.”

This event which has been supported by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) is free to attend, but registration is required.

All attendees will be entered into a prize draw and be in with a chance of benefitting from a package of free business support from event exhibitors.
