Private landlord event at The Storey in Lancaster

Private landlords are being invited to attend a special event on Thursday May 10 at The Storey in Lancaster to find out more about the help and advice that is available to them.

The event is open to all private landlords and takes place between 4.30pm and 6.30pm.

Attendees will have the chance to meet representatives and hear presentations from a number of organisations, including:

Department of Works and Pensions (DWP): How to make Universal Credit work better in the private rented sector, including how to access direct payments.
My Space Housing Solutions: Management and tenancy support service for private landlords.
North West Methodist Action: Grants and opportunities to bring empty homes back into use.
Representatives from Lancaster City Council’s Private Housing Team will be available to answer questions and to discuss the Housing Options Service and HMO licensing and accreditation.
