Gambling policy under review

Lancaster City Council is asking the public to help it review its gambling policy.

By law the council has to review its Statement of Gambling Licensing Policy every three years.

As the current version was published in January 2016 a revised version must be in place by January 2019.

A draft version of the revised policy has been produced and is now available for public comment. It can be viewed on the council website at www.lancaster.gov.uk/licensing-policy

Alternatively, copies are also available in reception areas at Lancaster and Morecambe Town Halls.

Any comments should be submitted in writing to Miss J Curtis, Licensing Manager, Lancaster City Council, Morecambe Town Hall, Marine Road East, Morecambe, LA14 4AF or by email to licensing@lancaster.gov.uk

The deadline for comment is January 18 2019.
