Don't miss the post

Lancaster City Council is reminding people who have registered to vote by post to check that they’ve received their voting papers.

On Thursday May 4 elections will take place for Lancashire County Council and ballot papers have been sent out to everyone who has previously applied for a postal vote.

If you’ve registered for a postal vote but haven’t received your voting papers, or have spoilt your documents in some way, please contact the elections office on 01524 582905 for a replacement.

Ballot papers should be returned by the close of poll at 10pm on Thursday May 4. If you miss the post don’t worry – they can be returned in person to any polling station within your electoral division, or to Lancaster Town Hall, by the close of poll.
