New leaflet helps you Explore Morecambe Bay
Our new attractions and events guide provides an at-a-glance menu of inspirational ideas of what you can see and do in and around Morecambe Bay in 2016.
The full colour leaflet complete with map takes you on day trips to Piel Island, Furness Abbey and the Dock Museum in Barrow, exploring gardens and stunning buildings at Levens Hall, Holker Hall and Conishead Priory and on voyages of discovery of the bay’s natural beauty and wildlife at RSPB Leighton Moss, Heysham Nature Reserves and the awe inspiring shores of Arnside and Silverdale. The more adventurous might fancy exploring the bay by bike via the Bay Cycle Way or the coast by taking to the water with the Bay Sea School. There is plenty for children to enjoy too with donkey rides, animal feeding and go cart racing at Greenlands Farm Village in Carnforth as well as the Splash Park, miniature railway, crazy golf and swingboats in Happy Mount Park, Morecambe.
