How To Pay Your Rent
We provide our tenants with a number of options to pay their rent and service charges. Please use the dropdown boxes below to choose the most suitable method for you.
Universal Credit
If you are claiming Universal Credit your rent is now paid directly to you as a part of your claim, you can ask Universal Credit to pay the rent directly to us, this is called an Alternative Payment Arrangement (APA). It is therefore your responsibility to make sure your rent is fully paid on time. If you are having any issues with Universal Credit, you can contact us on 01524 58 2929.

Direct Debit
Paying monthly by Direct Debit is probably the easiest way of paying for many of our tenants.
We have the responsibility for collecting the correct amount of rent due.
To set up a Direct Debit please call us on 01524 582541.
Standing Order
This is a similar method of payment to direct debit in that your rent is paid directly from your bank to us. However, if the amount of rent you need to pay changes you have to let your bank know. The advantage of a standing order is that you can pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
You can get a standing order form by calling us on 01524 582541 or you can download a Standing Order Request Form.
You can set up a standing order for weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments via your online banking using the following details:
Sort Code: 01-54-90
Account Number: 64848361
Reference: Your Rent Reference Number (call 01524 582541 to get this if you do not know it)
