The Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Case Review, formerly known as the Community Trigger, is a process that allows those affected by anti-social behaviour to request an independent review of their case. This review is available if you feel that the authorities haven't adequately addressed your concerns.
At Lancaster City Council Housing, we're dedicated to tackling anti-social behaviour swiftly and effectively. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, you might feel that your case hasn't been resolved satisfactorily.
The ASB Case Review offers an additional avenue for addressing your concerns - separate from our standard complaints procedure.
Assess whether your case meets the review criteria
If eligible, conduct a thorough review of how your case was handled
Provide you with the outcome and any recommendations for further action
We're committed to ensuring that all residents feel safe and respected in our community. The ASB Case Review process is just one way we're working to achieve this goal.
