At Lancaster City Council Housing, we're dedicated to tackling anti-social behaviour swiftly and effectively. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, you might feel that your case hasn't been resolved satisfactorily.

The ASB Case Review offers an additional avenue for addressing your concerns - separate from our standard complaints procedure.

• Victims of anti-social behaviour
• Representatives acting on behalf of victims (e.g., family members, friends, carers)
• Councillors or MPs representing victims

While anyone can request a review on behalf of a victim, we recommend obtaining the victim's consent before proceeding.

You can ask for an ASB Case Review if any of the following apply:

1. You've experienced three or more instances of anti-social behaviour in the last six months.
2. Five or more people have reported similar anti-social behaviour incidents in your area within the last six months.
3. You've experienced one hate incident or hate crime in the last six months

The review process offers:

• An independent assessment of how your case was handled
• A fresh perspective on potential solutions
• Assurance that your concerns are being taken seriously
• An opportunity for different agencies to collaborate on resolving the issue

Once we receive your request, we'll:

1. Confirm receipt within 10 working days
2. Assess whether your case meets the review criteria
3. If eligible, conduct a thorough review of how your case was handled
4. Provide you with the outcome and any recommendations for further action
