Jo Wilkinson

 Chief Officer, Housing and Property

Jo is proud to lead Lancaster City Council's housing services comprising Council Housing, Housing Options, Home Improvement Agency and Housing Standards.  Jo began working in the housing sector nearly 20 years ago and has worked for several housing organisations across the north west in a variety of roles. Jo, who lives in Lancaster, joined the council in 2019 and is passionate about making a difference locally and seeking to ensure that customers receive the highest level of service.

Neighbourhood and Support Services Manager

Pete has worked in social housing across the north west for almost twenty years and believes a home is more than just bricks and mortar; it’s about community, safety, and a space to call your own. Pete is committed to helping the council provide a service based on fairness and respect, and supporting residents across the district to make the most of their homes and neighbourhoods.
