Making Changes to an Ideal Choice Homes Application
How Do I Update My Application?
You can update your housing application form by logging into your account on the Ideal Choice Homes website. From your account page if you click on the link ‘my social housing’ this will provide you with your housing application form and you can make any changes and updates to it.
Once you have updated your housing application form and submitted it, it will come through to the Ideal Choice Homes team to approve any amendments and updates you have made to your housing application form.
If you can’t remember your log in details, you can ring 01524 582005 and they can reset this for you once you have answered some security questions.
How Do I Add Someone To My Housing Application?
You can add someone to your housing application form by logging into your account on the Ideal Choice Homes website.
Once you have logged into your account if you click on the link ‘my social housing’ you will be able to update your application and add on household members.
If you can’t remember your log in details, you can ring 01524 582005 and they can reset this for you once you have answered some security questions.
Once completed and you have submitted your changes, the Ideal Choice Homes team will then advise you of what documents you will need to provide for the person/s you have added onto your housing application form.
