As part of our ongoing service improvements, we are delivering recycling wheelie bins directly to properties to replace recycling boxes — for residents who have sufficient space.

For these eligible properties, the usual service charge will not apply on this occasion.

With deliveries due to be completed by April 2026, we have suspended online purchases of recycling wheelie bins.

Residents who live in terraced properties and receive recycling collections from the front of their property are only able to order recycling wheelie bins if they are able to bring the wheelie bins to the front of their property on collection day.

If your property is not suitable for wheelie bins you will be issued with orange sacks for your non-recyclable waste and boxes for your recyclable waste.

Replacement garden waste wheeled bins (green lid) can only be ordered if you have a current valid garden waste subscription.
