Garden waste collection
Residents who want to avoid trips to Household Recycling Centres to dispose of their garden waste can now subscribe online to our garden waste collection service for 2026/27.
Subscriptions by phone will be accepted from Tuesday, 3 March onwards.
The subscription cost is £46 per bin for the collection service which runs from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027 (collections are suspended during the winter).
If you don't already have a green bin, you must order one first. Please note that a service charge applies.

Collections are fortnightly. Please ensure you put your bin out by 7am on your scheduled collection day. Only garden waste must be placed in the green bin.
