Podcast: 100 Years, 100 Objects
Our podcast began in 2023 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the museums.
The first 100 episodes feature interviews with members of our museum team, academics, and members of local community groups, all talking about their favourite objects from our collection. You'll also find bonus episodes (including a christmas quiz) and new features added from time to time.

Exhibition
You can see most of the objects featured in the podcast on temporary display right now at Lancaster City Museum. Others which are too big or fragile to move can be found in our permanent exhibits at both the City Museum and the Maritime Museum.
Please note that this exhibition is on the first floor of the building. Our stairlift is currently out of order, so this is only accessible to those able to climb two flights of stairs.
