At the start of the pandemic, Customer Services created your Community Hub to ensure we were able to provide help, advice and support to our residents across the District.

The Community Hub aims to support communities across the Lancaster District. Customer Services and the Community Connectors are part of the Community Hub and are here for you.

Office opening hours

Our Customer Service Advisors are available between 9am (10am on Wednesdays) and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
