Customer service telephone lines - additional opening hours

We realise that it’s a really tough time for many people at the moment and we’re doing everything we can to support our communities through this difficult time.

With that in mind we’ve arranged for our customer service telephone lines to be open this weekend, when they would usually be closed. Customer service agents will be available between 10am and 3pm this Saturday and Sunday to provide a point of contact for urgent enquiries about our services. They can be contacted via our normal switchboard number, 01524 582000.

As we’ll only have a small team available we unfortunately won’t be able to deal with routine service enquiries, but will be able to advise on any urgent matters that require an immediate response.

Don’t forget that you can also access many council services on our website Lancaster.gov.uk, where you can check waste collection dates, pay bills, view planning applications and much more.
