Council Housing Advisory Group

Our Housing Advisory Group is made up of dedicated volunteers who work to improve the services provided to Lancaster City Council housing tenants.

As a ‘critical friend’ to the Council Housing service, the group offers independent scrutiny, monitors performance, and drives continuous improvement. Their goal is to ensure that tenants’ voices are heard and that our services meet the diverse needs of all residents and communities.
