Lancaster Covid Safe self-assessment

This self-assessment is designed to help you achieve the Lancaster Covid Safe award.

To complete this assessment you will need to provide:

1. Evidence you have completed some form of staff training (free training courses can be found online).

2. Evidence of how you have adapted your business to the Covid-19 challenges with, for example, customer information, signage, queue floor markings, one way systems, hand sanitising systems etc. This should be in the form of photographs that you can upload to this application.

3. A Covid-19 risk assessment.
