Flood-related Council Tax discount If you have you had to leave your home as a result of the recent floods you may be eligible for a Council Tax discount. We’ve written to all those residents affected to offer help and advice on how to apply. Help may also be available from the Community Foundation for Lancashire, which has launched the Lancashire Flood Recovery Appeal to help people who may be struggling to clean up and replace items.
