Taxi Driver Complaint Form

Lancaster City Council is responsible for the licensing of Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Drivers operating within the local area.

Part of these duties involve receiving and investigating any complaints made by members of the public against drivers licensed by ourselves.

This online form is available for use by anybody wishing to register such a complaint.

You can complete the form online but you will need to print a copy of the completed form and sign this copy prior to posting or delivery by hand to the address detailed at the end of the form.
