Low Risk Food Businesses Self-Assessment Questionnaire

As you will be aware, all food businesses are subject to inspection from time to time to assess compliance with food hygiene regulations. Businesses considered to be relatively low risk due to their nature, size and activity fall within a category E rating and we can use a questionnaire approach to assessment rather than conduct frequent inspections.
